I love Fall. A little bit for the pumpkins and the sweaters because those things are amazing. But fall always feels magical for me. Its the anticipation that fall brings. The harvest of the crops, the sweaters and the pumpkins, its all in preparation for winter. I am a big home body so preparing to stay inside and home always feels exciting. Letting go of the busyness and gatherings of summer for the more intimate gatherings of winter. If summer is breathing in, fall is the sweet exhale in to winter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These photos remind me of my own family when it was just my husband and I and our first child. It seemed chaotic but it was so very quiet just the three of us. Everything was new and exciting, everything was a first. Those moments will always be some of my favorite when I look back. We were truly learning how to be a family, how to grow together, what we valued, what direction we wanted our life to go in. Just like fall it was a gathering in together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
